We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Life Insurance Agents. As an Entry-Level Life Insurance Agent, you will receive comprehensive training and support to kick-start your career in the insurance industry and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, cold calling, and online marketing.
  • 2. Conduct thorough needs analysis and assessments to understand clients’ financial situations, goals, and insurance needs.
  • 3. Educate clients on the importance of life insurance and the benefits of different policy options, including term life, whole life, universal life, and index universal life insurance.
  • 4. Customize insurance solutions to meet clients’ specific needs and budget constraints, providing recommendations based on their individual circumstances.
  • 5. Present insurance proposals to clients, explaining coverage options, premiums, riders, and policy features in a clear and concise manner.
  • 6. Assist clients in completing insurance applications, gathering necessary documentation, and navigating the underwriting process.
  • 7. Follow up with clients to address questions, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the application and policy issuance process.
  • 8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities in CRM systems or databases.
  • 9. Collaborate with team members and insurance carriers to stay informed about product offerings, market trends, and industry regulations.
  • 10. Participate in training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Previous sales experience or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (if not already licensed) and complete necessary training courses.
  • Integrity, honesty, and a commitment to ethical conduct in all client interactions and business activities.
